Pineta Is Morus & Santa Margherita di Pula: a private, secure community surrounded by pine trees, with access to the sea and a relaxed, residential atmosphere – ideal for families and multigenerational trips.
Beautiful beaches, coastal walks and day trips to Cagliari, Pula and the Chia area are all within easy driving distance.

Villa Milena is set up for longer family stays: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, Wi‑Fi suitable for remote work or school catch‑up, laundry facilities and plenty of indoor and outdoor space so each generation can find their own rhythm.
If you wish, we can help you organize airport transfers, have a rental car delivered to the villa, or arrange a basic grocery shop so that essentials are waiting for you on arrival. You only pay the cost of the groceries; the service is complimentary.
