Villa Milena is designed precisely for this kind of long stay: a private villa nestled in the pine forest of Santa Margherita di Pula, just minutes from the sea at Cala Verde, available for the entire month of October with a minimum stay of 21 nights. It can accommodate up to 8 people and offers 4 bedrooms, large indoor and outdoor spaces, private garden, furnished veranda for slow breakfasts and outdoor dinners, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and reserved parking. It is the ideal solution for families or small groups who want to experience October by the sea with the comfort of a home, not just a hotel.
To make the long stay even lighter, services designed for everyday fall living are included in the package:
Housekeeper service for 4 hours a day, 6 days out of 7: Includes cleaning of the villa, tidying up the rooms, changing bed and bath linens once a week, setting the table for breakfast and lunch or dinner, buying fresh produce at the supermarket, and, upon request, babysitting or other services compatible with the chosen schedule and the basic activities to be done.
Available times: 8 a.m.-12 p.m. or 4 p.m.-8 p.m.
free grocery delivery on arrival, so you find the house stocked and can start your stay right away without going through the supermarket
daily supply of wood for the fireplace, to warm the cooler evenings and create a cozy atmosphere, ideal for returning after a day at the beach or a walk inland.
Villa Milena's location allows you to alternate between days of absolute relaxation and moments of discovery: the beaches of South Sardinia, the small port of Cala Verde, the Is Molas Golf Course, the restaurants and evening walks of Pula and the bays of Chia are easily reached by car. In October you can enjoy these places without crowds, at a slower and more authentic pace.
On request we can complete your stay with tailor-made services: private chef in the villa for some dinners, transfers, babysitting, boat trips, horseback riding and experiences designed to introduce you to the area with calm and authenticity. Any extra services are arranged in advance based on your needs.
